NudeStix Lip & Cheek pencils // Christmas Minis

I feel terrible that I haven't blogged hardly this month, work has taken over my life and when I have free time all I want to do is relax. Seeing as its Christmas and I have a couple of days off I thought id take the time and write a post. I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas. If you've read my blog before you'll know I love the Nudestix pencils as I've written a few posts about there products before such as there new Bronze, Contour and Highlight kit and my new favourite which is there Brow and Wax Pencil. They have recently bought out some NEW Christmas minis which are super cute and I was so excited to try.

Their holiday Christmas collection features 3 lip and cheek pencils which come in mini sizes, their signature tin is also mini too, I LOVE what they have done with the tin it really stands out with the colours and its something different to the normal black tin that they do, its really eye catching. Theres Mystic which is a browny nude, Sin which is a pinky nude and Satan which is a bright red. Satan is the perfect shade for Christmas and Nye. These colours are so up my street part from the red as Im sometimes not brave enough to wear, but I love nudes and pinky shades so I new they would be perfect for me. Its a great size to fit in your handbag as they take up hardly any room.

What I love most about these lip pencils is that they are very moisturising but they dry into a matte formula, so they wont budge and will last for quite a while. They don't cling to any dry patches on your lips either but I do like to apply lip balm before to give a little shine.

Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado

Two things I love about this Eye Cream - Its thickness and has Avocado in. Ive been wanting this eye cream for as long as possible but seeing as it costs around the £20 mark I've always been debating whether to pick it up, I mean its just an eye cream, but from reading to many reviews I bought it while shopping in Bluewater.

This Kiehl's Creamy eye treatment is the most thickest eye treatment I have ever used. My under eyes tend to get quite dry and my concealer is always creasing so I'm always on the look out for a good eye cream. I haven't found an amazing one until I picked this up I can really see the fuss about this product. Ive been using it both morning and night since I picked it up a couple of weeks ago. A little goes a very long way you need the most tiniest amount, and it really gives the area a good boost of hydration. When I new this had Avocado in that sold it for me it makes my eye area feeling so smooth and refreshing so I new my concealer wouldn't cake or crease as everyone knows that's the worst. Don't be afraid of the colour as it looks green but once you apply it dissolves straight into the skin and has a cooling effect which I love and it makes my under eyes really brighten up its amazing.

This Eye Cream is going to last a life time and its so worth the money. I'm definitely going to invest in more products from Kiehl's.

Have you tried anything from Kiehl's? What would you recommend?

Freedom Makeup // House Of GlamDolls palette

If you didn't know Freedom Makeup is the same line as Makeup Revolution. When this NEW  House Of GlamDolls in Vintage Doll Look palette landed on my doorstep I couldn't wait to start playing around with these pretty colours. I find myself not very good with eyeshadow, I'm not good with blending or seeing which colours look best on your eyelid, basically Im rubbish and tend to stick with just one colour all over the lid.

Theres a list on the packaging telling you what there is to offer such as 4x Brow Powder, 3x Powder Highlighter, 10x Powder Eyeshadow, 2x Powder Blusher and 4x Lipstick. All you would need is base products and mascara and you've finished your look. The palette is a decent size considering what it holds, its not too heavy and it has a nice strong feel to it. Whats even better is there's a decent size mirror which is great to take around with you. I love the House of GlamDolls Logo on the front it makes it very eye catching to me.

Starting on the left are the two blushers in Retro and Glamour, these colours are so pretty and very pigmented, the first shade is a coral/peachy colour and the other is more of a pink/mauve . Along the very bottom we have Four Lipsticks starting from the left is Ruby, Power, Dark Cherry and Flapper, there's a mixture of Bright Red to Cherry/Berry shades, perfect for winter. On the right hand side are Four brow Powder shades, Taupe, Brunette, Bark and Ebony, with Four choices your definitely going to get the right shade. All that's left in the middle are the Eye shadow's and Powder Highlighters with a mixture of neutrals, silver, pinks and Mauves. I like that theres a mixture in the palette so you can create so great looks.

There are three other House of Glamdoll palettes, Spirit Doll, Exotica Doll and Fairy Doll so be sure to check them out and see which one is best for you. For £8 its definitely worth adding to your collection.
